Sage Northcutt only has one fight — and win — under the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) banner, and already he’s the toast of the town.
And with good reason, as Sage has proven that at 19-years of age, he has quality and skills to have a long and successful career inside the Octagon.
Just as impressive as his win over Francisco Trevino, was his video game-like front flip he executed after the win. And if you think it’s a move anyone can do, your sadly mistaken, as members of famed Tristar gym in Canada learned the hard way.
Northcutt — who was in Canada to feel out the gym — schooled his training partners on the art of the front flip, and as you can see in the video embedded above thanks to Animaubin (via MMA Fighting), there were more flops than flips before a full out break-dancing battle broke out.
Athleticism doesn’t necessarily win you fights, but boy does it help.
